Over time it develops a dramatic, multi branched candelabra shape that can reach well over a metre indoors. It is fast growing for a succulent, structurally impressive, and requires very little attention once established. Origins

Origins
Euphorbia trigona is native to West Africa, growing in dry, warm habitats. 'Rubra' is a cultivar selected for its deep red-purple stem colour, which intensifies in bright light. Note: the milky white sap (latex) is an irritant. Handle with care and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
